Variant seeks to promote an independent mind and objectivity by putting at the disposal of web and mobile users, contrasting articles and media on the same story, sequentially, in a single space. Variant is our flagship mobile application in development on Android and the Web. An iOS version is in the works.
We are working on a new Machine Learning framework that will allow us to better source, verify and filter news content in the app. In addition we plan on doing live interactive streams that discuss the process in detail.
Our news app is built with the Flutter framework. Look for updates to the Web version of the app soon, we have also secured a dedicated domain name for the web version: variantnews.app.
